Cookies Setting: Step By Step

Follow the steps below according to the version of the browser you are using to enable the cookies needed for our websites

TIP: If you do not know the version of your browser click Help->About Internet Explorer (Note: the help menu is a "?" icon in Internet Explorer 8).

Internet Explorer 8.0

  1. Click on the "Tools" menu in Internet Explorer.

  2. Click "Internet Options".
  3. Change to the "Privacy" tab.

  4. You can change this setting again later.

    5. Internet Explorer 7.0

    1. Click on the Tools popup-menu in Internet Explorer.

    2. Click on the Internet Options item in the menu - a new window opens.
    3. Click on the Privacy tab near the top of the window.

    4. Click on the Sites button - another window opens.
    5. Enter our websites in the text field and then click Allow.Our websites will appear in the "Managed websites" list below with a Setting of Allowed.

    6. Save changes by clicking Ok in each window and go to one of thenconfiguration pages again.

    Internet Explorer 6.0

    1. Click on the Tools-menu in Internet Explorer.
    2. Click on the Internet Options item in the menu - a new window opens.
    3. Click on the Privacy tab near the top of the window. (See image below)

    4. Move the slider (See image) so that it is on the Accept All Cookies level
    5. Save changes by clicking Ok and go to one of the configuration pages again.

    Mozilla Firefox 3.5

    1. Click on the Tools menu in Firefox.

    2. Click Options...
    3. Change to the Privacy Settings.

    4. Set "Firefox will:" to "Use Custom settings for history".

      1. If "Accept cookies from sites" is ticked, it will accept cookies from all sites. (Please ensure that accept third-party cookies are tick)..

      2. Click "Allow".
      3. Click "Close".
      4. Click "OK".

    Mozilla Firefox 3.0

    1. Click on the Tools menu in Firefox.

    2. Click Options...
    3. Change to the Privacy Settings.

      4. No restriction (recommended)

      1. Tick "Accept cookies from sites".
      2. Ensure "Keep until" is set to "they expire".

      3. Ensure "Accept third-party cookies" are tick
      4. Click "OK".
      5. Click "Close".
